Effective date: November 5, 2026
This policy describes how ADS Midwest handles information received through this website and related inquiries and forms.
Information you provide
When you contact us by phone or email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, practice information, goals, and timing. If you complete a buyer, seller, appraisal, or financial form and provide it to us, we receive the information included in that form.
Downloading a blank form does not submit its contents to us. Contact our team for instructions before sending completed forms or sensitive records.
Internal use only
Information you provide and completed forms we receive are for ADS Midwest’s internal use only. We use them to respond to your questions, understand your needs, evaluate practice information, and provide the services you request.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information or completed forms with outside parties. We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal process.
Website data and browser storage
Like other websites, our hosting systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request times to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and protect its operation.
The practice listings use temporary browser session storage to remember your search filters when you return from a listing. You can clear this storage through your browser settings. The public website does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics tracking.
Hosting and email systems process data as part of delivering the website and communications. This technical processing is separate from sharing your forms or information with outside parties for their own use.
Sensitive information and security
Please do not send patient records, patient identifiers, Social Security numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive information through ordinary email. Ask us how to provide any necessary records securely.
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential communications. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing services, transaction records, or legal requirements. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Links to other websites
If you follow a link to another website, that website’s privacy practices apply. ADS Midwest does not control how other websites collect or use information.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults interested in dental practice transactions and related services, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date when this policy changes.
